Didn't lose much today, I think that pizza yesterday set me back. lol Then the stirfry for dinner. But I'm not discouraged. I'm still lighter than I was when I started. And still wishing they had an exercize option for playing with a toddler. lol. I literally chased her through the shoe store yesterday while my sister was trying on shoes. It was fun and got my heartrate up. Such a fast little monster. ^.^ I was going to have a few smirnoff ices last night, but after seeing how many calories are in one, I decided not to drink all together. Oh and we Flashed Danced in my bedroom last night for about 25mins, 20mins with the stops between songs to pick a new one. :) Lots of fun and laughs. ^.^
137.9 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 47.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
