What the fudge?! This festive season is getting me early this year! 🙁 And I have even been good at keeping up my exercise (10-15km indoor cycle daily) while on leave. 🤦🏼‍♀️
63.2 kg Lost so far: 2.8 kg.    Still to go: 1.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
