Went away for the weekend and definitely put on weight! ate so much crap and sweets during the road trip!
Last weeks avg was 83.45. This morning before my run I weighed, 85.1, then after too, and it was 84.7. Can you lose 400g of water?! so averaging this one at 84.9.
Fat:27.0 -> 28.0 Water: 49.6 -> 48.9 Muscle: 32.1 -> 31.6
