Notes: Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) I burn 1571 calories/day just lying around. To maintain my current 202# I should consume 2100 calories/day.
3500 Calories = one pound
So, my limiting my intake to 1500 calories/day I should lose one pound a week. Any activity/exercise I do will only add to the loss.
