I'm not sure why the scale is up a pound this morning, but as long as I keep exercising and eating healthily and stay motivated I'm sure it will go back down again.

I just really wanted to see 139.0 and instead I got 140.8! Hahah, oh well. :)

I have to do my push-ups today :)
63.9 kg Lost so far: 3.7 kg.    Still to go: 14.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
