makaan aja makanan yg kalorinya gede, tapi jangan keliru sama kata "kalori nya gede", pilih yang realfood jangan junkfood :)

Oh gitu ya kak,aku tu sering banget kalo mlm liat fs trnyata kalorinya msh di bwh BMR dn mau ngepasin aja udh gk slera krna msh knyang dn gk lper.
