Core Rhythms this morning. Tried out exercising before breakfast. Usually I only get out of bed for breakfast. Not that I eat anything crazy (usually greek yogurt, half a banana and a drizzle of peanut butter when I first wake up and two egg whites and bread before I leave the house), but it's still my favorite meal of the day. Had some water and a cup of coffee and actually felt pretty ok. I don't think it left me too tired to finish the workout and made my stomach a little happier. Planning to go on a light run later today, so I need to remember to eat a little extra so my body doesn't get mad at me. Also thinking about adding a second video or a set to the dvd. Don't want to get too comfortable!
