WTH! I am up two pounds!???? I did all my workout expect yoga yesterday cuz of my chest was killing me from the first chest video. I think I've had too many carbs this week. I didn't keep as close a track so need to make sure I come on here to log everyday. wondering about muscle ,if it could cause a fake gain? I do see changes.
68.3 kg Lost so far: 0.2 kg.    Still to go: 7.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Sometimes fluid gathers in the sore muscles temporarily causing a small gain. I noticed this is my own experience. Just keep drinking alot of water and working out according to the schedule and it should go away.

Cool thanks . my husband tells me not to focus on the scale but you know how woman are.
