End up doing my weigh in after my workout. Ran for 30 mins strait and then cooled down for 7 minutes. Will do another run tomorrow morning as well as lifting
113.9 kg Lost so far: 17.7 kg.    Still to go: 9.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
