38; 26; 36.5; 22, 21.5 - not sure where the extra pounds came from, but I suspect it's part the fact that I only got six hours of sleep (I'm always heavier)and part the mix of eating out at indian food and drinking a number of sodas adding sodium to the mix I know it's just water weight, but it really gets to me to jump up that much in one day, which is why I always double check my measurements. When I'm retaining water, it goes directly to my chest and waist.
Nonetheless, it's September and I'm starting my pledge to work out with more intense cardio every day - Core Rhythms today
