Weight after a 9 mile run. I was drinking water during the run so I was not completely dehydrated. Fully hydrated before the run I weighed in at 162.5
72.3 kg Lost so far: 12.9 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
