So I only lost 100g this month... and honestly I am so ok with that. I've been celebrating and doing this all month and being able to pretty much maintain in spite of all the events is an achievement for me. I would rather maintain than ever throw it all in and allow myself to slide back up the fat-girl slide. off to do my first Muddy Princess today - which was a goal of mine from the beginning of the year - to increase my fitness level and challenge myself to this event - it's not all about the weight lost but also about the strength gained 🥊♥️👌🏼🏆
