Today was a very rough day. Last night I went out to party for a friends birthday. So needless to say I strayed away from the diet yesterday, but today I was back in the swing of things. So from here on out I want to vow that I will follow everything that this diet program is going to offer to myself as well as my health.
116.6 kg Lost so far: 15.0 kg.    Still to go: 12.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
