Although I have maintained at least a 3 day workout week I have not been good at managing food choices. I have gained a total of 12pounds since September 2012.

I am sad because I have desperately wanted to get under 200 lbs...As the Biggest Loser calls it ONEderland!

I want to feel like I am in control again...not the food. However, I am in control...because I made the choices I made. I just did not like the long term consequences.

I hope that in the next few months I will take my control in a positive direction where the consequences of my choices will be more pleasing to me and my goals.
108.9 kg Lost so far: 39.0 kg.    Still to go: 20.4 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
