No scale movement today, but not getting discouraged as I do weigh often, every couple of days, but usually by the end of the week it does budge some. Following Atkins Induction to the letter and sticking with it! Today is day 13.
118.4 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 45.8 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
