I was away on business for last week so this gain was to be expected however I still feel that this was a rather massive gain. Am gearing up for great north run in 3 weeks so am getting me head back in the game. Tho I'm in Rome in 2 weeks time.... at least if I lose some weight before then I'll feel less rubbish if I did put a bit of weight out there.
