I reached my 55kg goal weight today. I have lost the 'muffin top' that I acquired putting on 5kg+ this year , but I don't seem to have much impact on the fat pad above my knees, which I loathe. I am going to reduce my goal weight by 1kg at a time and see what happens. I am not yet at the bottom of the healthy weight range for my height, so happy to go a little further.
