Not sure how I gain when I stay in my calories range and try to improve my intake. My body always wants to fix me when I lose around 30-40 pounds. I started this effort at 337... Maybe I will try a splurge then go back to 1200-1500 to see if that helps. I was under 1200 a few days before my gain...
