Are you measuring your food? Are you making sure you choose the higher calorie options in the app? Are you eating back calories from exercise? What is your caloric goal? Are you logging EVERYTHING?? Do you drink alcohol? Have you been sleeping? What else do you drink besides water? How much and how often?

I have been diligent in measuring and tracking everything. Not drinking alcohol. Drink plenty of water. Can't exercise as much as I would like to due to bad hip. I'm not going to get frustrated and makes no sense to me to not be 💯 about my intake.

Hmmm have you ever worked with a nutritionist? Or a coach? A SMALL (less than 3-4 lbs) gain every now and again is incredibly normal as long as you overall trajectory is down. If you are struggling it might be worth it to reach out to a professional who can help you identify areas that might be Keepimg you from your goals
