I started this diet on June 1st at 298 lbs. (my highest ever) and I currently weigh 257.2. That's a loss of 40.8 lbs!! My first goal is 198 (100 lb loss) and then my ultimate goal is 170 lbs.
116.7 kg Lost so far: 18.5 kg.    Still to go: 26.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
