Fat: 27.4 -> 27.9 Water: 49.3 -> 49 Muscle: 31.9 -> 31.7
Had a naughty ol weekend at kids 7s rugby. Was chomping down on mini-barones and kitkats, beer and chips.
So expected some weight gain.
But the same story with the scale too.... yesterday I weighed, 86.8 it showed. This morning after my run I checked again, 84.5.
Same scale. Same settings. Same floor. Same person. Same time of day.
But a difference of 2.3 kg? How is that even possible?!
