i took a break this week can't you tell?haha! yesterday we had a birthday party for my 89 year grandmother,a.k.a. granny,so i pigged out.that's my excuse for yesterday,but i got nothing for the rest of the week;it was a complete waste-now my ticker is back in the red...sniff sniff
70.5 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 2.4 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

It's probably fluid retention from all the naughty stuff you ate. Stay really really strong for 3 days and I bet that most if not all of it will be off. I'll hold you to it!
