Don't give up! "Never give up on a dream just because of the time it will take to accomplish it. The time will pass anyway!" (Earl Nightingale)
Pick just one small thing you can do today...and "just do it." Give yourself a great big thank-you, 'atta girl! Then, keep going!

Remember your reasons for starting the diet. What fun outdoor activities do you want to do next summer? What's your favorite outfit that you want to wear again? You can succeed!

The only way you can fail is by quiting. Pick yourself up, dust yourself off and step back on the path. You CAN do this, we're pulling for you! 💚💛💜

How are you managing your environment to support your goal?

Sit down, write that same question on a piece of paper, meditate on it and be real about it. There will be the solution to your problem. No one else has the answer to it but yourself because no one else really knows what really goes on between you and yourself.
Have a great day.

Don’t give up !! It happens but don’t let it happen to you. Winning should be the protocol. Food/ Drinks should be a Ali not enemy. Cheat snack, meal doesn’t mean day week or month

First of all, the first step is to get a full stomach with green and yellow vegetables to reduce hunger.

Get a positive attitude and keep it!!! YOU are worth it!!! It's taken me a year to take off my 63 pounds and I'm still intending to lose more!!! I am consistent on breakfast which is bacon or turkey sausage, guacomole to dip my meat in, and sometimes a hardboiled or scrambled egg or not. Lunches can be either homemade tuna or chicken salad or a cup of cottage cheese. Dinner can be 4-6 oz of any meat....mine usually burger, cheese, dill pickles or turkey, steak or pork. If I snack, it's sugarfree jello with reddiwhip, almonds or popcorn. I am BIG on extreme wellness tortillas which are only 5 net carbs each!!! Perfect for making your own pizza, tacos, or ham and cheese rollups!! I've even warmed them and spread real butter, splenda and cinnamon on it as a sweet snack!!! You can eat well by choosing the right foods and low carbs. Of course, we hit plateaus.....sometimes I do a 24 or 48 hour fast.....sometimes a heavier carb day to go out and eat Mexican food with chips (limited) and salsa....but that's an exception and I get right back on my diet!!! YOU can do it!!!! Be proud of yourself....I bought one outfit I loved and I'm anxious for the day that I AM GOING TO WEAR THAT OUTFIT!!! Hang in there!!

I second Jenjabba, carbs just make some of us hungrier. Fill up on fatty protein and you will kill cravings. You can do this!

When I started doing no carb, I would eat one or two packs of bacon if I had bad carb cravings. I would eat cheese, I ate everything I wasn't allowed to eat in the past that was no carb.I ate a lot of burgers, cheese and bacon, and I had FUN! and did not gain weight and my carb cravings went mostly away. OVER a year later, for the first time in my life carbs don't rule me. 👐 you can do this.
