Injured my left foot and didn’t do a lot of cardio. Not sure what was wrong - same socks, same sneakers, same treadmill. But now it’s all bruised 🤦🏻‍♀️
55.5 kg Lost so far: 1.2 kg.    Still to go: 11.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Sometimes if I lace the shoe too tight, the arch support bruises my foot (I have very high arches)
