bad food choices yesterday. had milk which upsets my tummy n bloats me. I could barely eat today so we'll see if that shows on the scale tomorrow
70.3 kg Lost so far: 14.1 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
