Daniel fast is going great! My darling husband is doing it with me and he actually cooked dinner last night! We have to get into the hang of things, eating Vegan style. So he cooked Baked yams and carrots and brown rice. it was good! i will look up more recipes to try out.

Daniel fast is not too bad on the body. I'm glad you guys are hanging in there.

So far so good. I went meatless for a few months and if I had to do it all over again, I would of stuck with just veggies not the processed meatless foods due to their high sodium contents. Keep us posted on how well y'all do.
