Had lunch with hubby yesterday. We ate at the golden corral. I ate good for the most part, just too much at once, but overall day was good. I had a diet low carb yougurt for breakfast, went for my 1 mile walk, had 5 grapes for a snack mid morning, at GC plate #1 was boiled cabbage (half the plate), roasted chicken breast removed the skin and a spoonful of cooked spinach; plate #2 a piece of chopped sirloin (some sauce it was cooked with, scraped the excess off, another spoon of spinach, and half plate of brussel sprouts, and a tiny spoon of dirty rice, (I wanted to taste it). Plate #3 is where I should have stopped before, but I LOVE IT SOOOOOO MUCH I ate for dessert 2 chunks of watermelon and half a plate of PINEAPPLE, FRESH PINEAPPLE my favorite and downfall. I had water to drink all day, curves protein shake for afternoon snack, tossed salad (romaine & red leaf lettuce, caulif., broc. and carrots) sprayed a diet dressing on, didn't add cheese or bacon this time.
