So I weighed myself yesterday and was really kinda bummed because I only lost a pound. I think I know the issue though and I'm going to address them this week to improve my success. I wasn't drinking enough water (or anything whichis unusual for me), I was staying under in points but wasn't eating as many veggies and fruits as I should be, and then the BIG one: I wasn't being active at all.

Time to change that!
130.5 kg Lost so far: 0.8 kg.    Still to go: 53.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Sounds like a good plan but hey don't knock losing a pound, a loss is a loss :-)

Thanks for the support Lyzanne. I know I shouldn't be down on myself, but I was really hoping for a bigger difference given that my Dad dropped 10 lbs in a week (he has quite a bit more to lose than me but still) and my wife has lost 7 lbs (she's exercising like a fiend too)even tho she has about half as much to lose as me. Regardless, I went on a 40 min brisk walk with my dogs today, adjusted what I'm eating and am focusing on my water consumption. I'm not going to let this discourage me away from goal, but it was a kick in the gut that if I want results, I need to be more careful with what I'm doing.

Don't say.."only lost a pound"!! That is fantastic!!!! Say...I LOST A POUND!!!!! Just up and down and cheer!!! Good going! It takes time! Keep at it!!!

Thanks PinkRose! You're right, loing a pound is better than losing nothing or gaining. I just need to focus on what I'm doing right and fix what I'm not. At least it's a start in the right direction!! :)
