Really feeling the soreness from these new actions with my muscles. Feeling very positive and hopeful that I can do this. Also still breastfeeding twice a day and keeping that in mind. Still figuring out food. Thinking about the good and bad of what I eat and not seeing much bad so I'm thinking maybe excercise was my missing link? After all I wasn't gaining I was steady and just not losing.
85.1 kg Lost so far: 1.1 kg.    Still to go: 28.4 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
