Followed 75%. We eat a nutritious breakfast and dinner and skip lunch. occasionally we have a snack in the afternoon. Today's snack was sharing 2 beers (my total about 6 oz). Evening snack 6 oz pop and pear. Exercised as usual.
58.7 kg Lost so far: 1.1 kg.    Still to go: 4.3 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.
