Today I have officially lost 7 pounds since I started on Aug. 1. Slow and Steady. . . 7 pounds in 3 weeks is great for me. I just need to keep motivated. From here on out I am hoping for 1-2 pounds a week.
My next goal is 207 by next Monday.

I am so glad you lost when you were home. I know you should loose because you were so GREAT at keeping track and under 1505 every day. Looking forward to updates on Spencer's school.
