OMG OMG, I lost another pound. I can't remember the last time I saw 164. Last night my whole testosterone family wanted dessert. One wanted Key Lime Pie, One wanted Klondike Bar and the other couldn't make up his mind so he bought blue berry pie and cranberry/walnut tart. Well, I decided they all sounded good and I still had 250 calories to spare. So, I started with a Key Lime Light and Fit yogurt for 80 calories. Then my other dessert was a sliver, not a slice, of blue berry pie. I probably ate about 1/2 the sliver. Today I woke and yahooooo, 164!!!!! Taadaaa.

Even after all that yummy dessert, I still was under on my total calories for the day. It helps when your visually portion out your day's meals. I eat very light in the mornings cause I'm never hungry. I eat like a piggy in the afternoon and for dinner I just see what I have left over in calories to determine what I can eat. My snacks are allowed 200 calories, so I usually have 2 100 calorie snacks per day. This lets me eat 5 times a day. Love this diet, especially whey it works. I only hate it when I eat too much morning and afternoon, not leaving much left for dinner, but it teaches me about portion control. Until 163....
74.4 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
