So I played with fire today and ate cupcakes. I of course went as red as a cooked lobster and what not but they were good. No more cheating like that until I find a good baking flour that isn't wheat based.

I am a cupcake fiend, and I know how difficult it can be to not indulge. I know a lot of organic food stores sell gluten-free baked goods. I think they are oat and/or spelt-based. If you like to bake and cook . . .
