Really don’t know why it’s gone up..... especially as I’ve been eating less rubbish foods and more fruit.
Again because of my long 12 hour / 9 hours sleep pattern I won’t get time for gym.
JOB CHANGE IS ON THE CARDS
94.7 kg Lost so far: 3.8 kg.    Still to go: 9.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
