Started my fasting routine on Tuesday.
so Far so Good...Fasting starts 6pm-12pm next day. I've gotten so use to it, that I only start eating round 2pm (still keep my starting fast at 6pm)
This stopes the insane carbs. I haven't started Training yet. Just getting use to the low carb food first.
I'm going to start running on Monday and c how that's going to affect my eating.
94 kg Lost so far: 11.8 kg.    Still to go: 24 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
