Lost 3 lbs from my vacation weight gain - back on track and pushing forward. So thankful for the meal prep containers that take a lot of the guesswork out of serving sizes. Todays meals equal 1800 cal for looking for good numbers coming Monday !!!
128.9 kg Lost so far: 4.2 kg.    Still to go: 38.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
