my monthly cycle started today. that definitely explains the weight gain the last couple of days. I tried one of the Atkins lemon snack bars last night. not bad, but it feels like cheating. I quit smoking 15 years ago.to me it's like quitting smoking, but allowing yourself to take a drag off a cigarette every now and again. it's doesn't help. if I am cutting sweets, then I am cutting sweets. I dont want to find ways around my constraints to have any part of my old diet back. I quit smoking cold Turkey. I am quitting sugars cold Turkey.
