Went to my doctor yesterday, and started the hCG diet. I am very excited about it. Yesterday and today are my loading days, it's very hard. The weight gain came from my loading or gorging. Actually, I thought you were suppose to gorge before begining the hCG, but that's not true. Anyways, I am ready.
Didn't go anywhere, just had to readjust and regroup Day one of the VLCD will begin tomorrow, I am excited. Can't wait.
