Don't know what's happened there. I have been pretty good this week. Not getting much exercise though, as my old knees aren't up for it.

Hang on in there Jocko. You are in a very stressful situation. Stress will over ride everything you try and do to lose weight and make you wonder why. Cortisol, the stress hormone, screws metabolism big style. Stick to what you know works and have faith. I know just how hard it is properly to de-stress, especially in crisis, I hope you find a way somewhere, somehow to let go of troubles, even for a while, and engage neutral. I wish you well.

Hang in there! our bodies work in mysterious ways. I had gained 8lbs after my 30days juice fast despite a low carb, low fat diet that started with 450kcals per day 🤷♀️
now, after slowly increasing kcals to 1000, I am starting to lose that weight again.
But I was under a lot of stress and hardly slept for the last 2 weeks. That seems to be a factor.
Fingers crossed for you 🤗
