Just 'trying to be careful' with what I eat has been woefully inadequate at shifting my post-holiday added kilos. So, today starts the fast 800 diet according to Michael Moseley. Time limited eating may prove too hard as I work ten hour days and delaying breakfast is likely to be torture. We'll see how I go!
