So glad to see the scale move today. After my cheats yesterday, I wasn't sure what to expect. I am hoping that a few more days of following my diet a little better will drop a few more pounds. To be honest, I thought that I wasn't going to see any change, especially since my rings were feeling really tight this morning on my fingers- usually a bad sign that I am retaining water (and weight). Here's hoping that I can drop a couple more pounds this week and get a little closer to my goal by the end of the monthd.
