I actually started on Saturday August 14. The first two days are fat loading which is apparently important to starting this diet. I followed closely to ensure my success and as expected I gained 4 lbs. The book estimated I would gain 4 - 6 lbs. Today is the first day of the 500 cal diet. I am very excited to see the results.
