I finally lost the weight that I added back on while having company from out of town the week before. Today is the first day I am below my lowest weight a week ago. It took a long time to get things going again, I have to remember that even with the extra points per week, I can only use them either a few each day throughout the week or in one day, not like 10 extra 2 or 3 days in a row... it just doesn't work for me.
Things are looking up though - I am losing about 1/2 lb per day now again! Can't wait until I can start fitting into my old pants from 2 years ago...
