This is actually better than it looks as I started with a weight 4lbs more than I documented. 7 lbs...I can deal with that since hubby was out of time, and I was stressed with doing his chores, and dealing with the animals. This week will be better.
134.7 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 44.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
