211 this morning. Still not where I was on Monday, but still less then I was a week ago. I am just focusing on that fact.

Tomorrow we head off to Denver. I will weigh in then and then not again until we return. I still hope to be 208 by the return.
95.7 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 16.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
