I have been off for almost a year yes I start and quit and start and quit but for a new years resolution its to loose all my extra weight I started this in 2011 weighing 257.8 i think and got down to 187 its time for me to do that again, lucky for me I have 3 friends that are doing this journey with me we officaly went to the doctors office this morning and weighted in let the pounds come off:)
