I experimented by eating large pizza last Sunday, which had a tremendous impact on my performance. With "The Warrior Diet", I maintained the same course. It took me a week to start losing weight again. Restricted fasting allows me to gain control back of the weight gained. I Gained within a day 4.6kg of weight from 109.8kg to 114.4kg after the pizza consumption. So it took me a week to recover from the pizza trial.

My energy levels are up again, my mental alertness is heightened and I lost a few centimetres around the waist. I think the reason most people struggle with is to get used to the hunger pains (which only last 45 min at a time). After that it comes and goes, which I control by either drink water or eat yogurt, nuts and berries.
109.1 kg Lost so far: 10.1 kg.    Still to go: 24.1 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

yip... this sounds like me...i eat 1 potato then it take me a week and a half - two weeks to recover.

The weight gained won't be actual fat, but more water weight. You will have to consume approximately 3500 calories or more to gain 0,5kg
