I wasn't able to do IF last night, I ate my last meal too early (around 4:30pm) and I was hungry again around 8:30 pm so I had a snack of pistachios before bed. I think what I'm gonna try for awhile is IF (16:8) 3 days a week and the rest just my normal keto and see how that does.

I also will admit I have just recently (within the last 4 days or so) started having cravings for sweets again. Not soda, thank God, which was my biggest weakness. Just all the other stuff, candy, cakes, pies. Which I find odd since I'm going on 17 days of my change in eating. Anybody else have this problem? I haven't given in to temptation yet. I'm still too strong willed at the moment, but it's almost becoming annoying visiting the grocery store! All the above mentioned stuff is on sale!! Now why, all of a sudden, is this stuff on sale when I can no longer trust myself to eat any of it and when I WAS eating it, it was never on sale???? I hate Murphy's Law....i guess it effects food as well.
