Officially 15 pounds down! Half way to my goal. 🙌 This is the first time I’ve ever lost weight in a healthy and sustainable way. So happy!
74.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 15.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
