YEEEEESSSSS! Day 14 and the scales have finally moved downwards. Not by much - less than a pound but at least its moving again. Hope it keeps going down. So glad I hung in there and didn't let my head rule my mouth. Just proves whar everyone says "if you keep on the SBD it will eventually go
124.9 kg Lost so far: 33.8 kg.    Still to go: 22.9 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
