None lost today, but yesterday everything was thrown off so not surprising. Messed up a recipe and had to do over so didnt eat dinner until very late. Will keep trucking though!! Just a bump in the road!
81.7 kg Lost so far: 4.9 kg.    Still to go: 30.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
